Here are some common questions we've heard that you may have too.
- Q:How big are the Puzzlesaurs?
- A:In general, the floor models are 6 ft long and 2.5 ft high, while the tabletop models are half that size. Sizes vary across the species, so go to the specific Puzzlesaur page to see the actual dimensions.
- Q:Can I decorate my Puzzlesaurus?
- A:Yes! Feel free to decorate your Puzzlesaurus using paint, lights, garland, foil, or any art materials. Be creative then send us pictures!
- Q:Can my child climb on my Puzzlesaurus?
- A:No, Puzzlesaurs are pretty strong, but they're not made of steel. It's probably ok if your cat climbs on it though. Send us a photo if that happens - Saber tooth tiger attack!
- Q:What happens if I break a piece?
- A:Each Puzzlesaur you buy comes with 2 free replacement pieces (assuming you do not break the spine or any other large piece). Take a picture of the broken piece, get your original order number, and send us an email telling us what you need. If you use up your 2 free pieces, you can buy the replacements.
- Q:Can I set up my Puzzlesaurus outside?
- A:Puzzlesaurs are designed to stay indoors. But, if it's dry, you can put one on your front porch for an afternoon. Bring him back inside when you're done. Puzzlesaurs do not have any all-weather protection, so they are prone to (wood) rotting if exposed to lots of water and the elements. If you're really ambitious, buy some wood sealant or protectant and coat your Puzzlesaurus. Then set him outside and let the vines grow on him to have dinosaur shaped bushes.
- Q:Do you ship out of the US?
- A:Currently no. Shipping prices and customs duties make international purchases too difficult to do.
- Q:Can I pay with check, money order, or bucket of blood?
- A:Sorry, we only accept credit card and paypal orders. This is easiest for all parties involved.
