Size

If you love dinosaurs, but find the dinosaur models currently available lacking in physical presence, Puzzlesaurs are perfect for you. You have probably built the small wooden skeletons. Puzzlesaurus is a much bigger and much better version. Ask yourself: what's the most obvious characteristic of dinosaurs? Size - Dinosaurs are big! (OK, some of them are small, but we like the big ones). Puzzlesaurus supplies models that preserve this important dinosaur trait. Here, size is number 1.

We offer 2 sizes for each dinosaur design: floor and tabletop.

Floor models are the largest, around 6 feet in length! These are made for the no-compromises, dinosaur-lover. They are great for areas in your apartment or house that need some unique decor. Go for the floor model for maximum effect.

Tabletop models are about half the size of the floor models, around 3 feet in length. While still large by any model measure, these are best-suited for display on dressers, desks, tables, or other stands. This is a great option for people with limited space who want dinosaurs around.

Assembly

Although large by design, you don't need a team of football players to put a Puzzlesaurus together. Puzzlesaurs can be assembled in a matter of minutes. Floor models can be built by one adult, while the tabletop models can be assembled by anyone. If you're building a Puzzlesaurus with your child, then you will need to help him/her with the larger pieces. Remember, a Puzzlesaurus is bigger than he is!

Puzzlesaurs are made of high quality MDF wood. The thick pieces are strong and easy to handle. All pieces are incredibly smooth and rounded, and the notches provide a snug fit. No sanding, cutting, or otherwise modifying the pieces is required. The pieces stay together with the precision-cut notches, making glue or other fasteners unnecessary.

Design

Each Puzzlesaur species is modeled after an actual dinosaur skeleton. We prioritize preserving correct proportions, important physiological features, and an impressive overall 3 dimensional appearance. Although Puzzlesaurs are not bone-for-bone replicas of dinosaur skeletons, we capture all the features of the dinosaur and replicate them with assembly and space in mind. The result is a dinosaur skeleton that is realistic, yet simple to assemble. We are serious about making dinosaur skeletons that look like the real thing. We don't sacrifice quality or appearance for ease of manufacture.

Inside the protective packaging, you'll find all your Puzzlesaurus bones (between 20 and 40, depending on the species), as well as an instruction manual on how to assemble it.
